A little break

#prayforBoston

Today I just wanted to talk about my thoughts on the Boston bombing. 3 people were murdered, and a policeman was also killed last night. So many bad things have happened this week, and it's times like these when we start to count our blessings. That bombing could've taken place anywhere, and we are blessed to see another day. I don't really have much to say on this, but I hope everyone reading this post has a lovely weekend and just keep the people of Boston in your thoughts and prayers.

1) I love to eat!
2) I laugh when people cry, its a trait i seriously dont like about myself but idk i can't really help it
3) I like to be outside in the sun, the only thing I hate about being outside is the bugs :(
4) I have a secret obsession with photography, I wish I could take great photos!
5) I love crying, such a weird thing to like to do, but crying is a great way to relieve stress
6) I have a small circle of friends, but I like it that way
7) I'm addicted to shopping, its a problem because I'm very cheap and I dont like to spend a lot of money
8) I'm still kind of confused with my future, I know I want to work with technology, but I dont know specifically what i want to do with it
9) I love Rom-Com movies, they are my favorite movies of all time to watch
10) I'm trying to tone up a little bit, easier said than done, but its my goal for the summer
11) I'm a directioner, is it weird for a 19 year old to be obsessed with one direction? but I love them so much, almost got a chance to see them in concert, and was heartbroken to find out the show was already sold out
12) Kit Kats are my favorite candy, if I could live off of one candy for the rest of my life it would be Kit Kats
13) I want to learn how to play guitar, its one instrument I would love to learn to play
14) I used to play the clarinet in High School, i played it from 7th grade all the way to 12th grade, i loved it then but now all it does is sit in my closet and collect dust.

REVIEW: L'Oreal Telescopic Shocking Extensions Mascara

For my first review, I'm going to talk about the Telescopic Shocking Extensions Mascara. I've heard mixed reviews about this mascara, and I was hoping for the best. One of my favorite mascaras from all time is the Telescopic Carbon Black Mascara.  I used to wear it all the time in high school, and I even received compliments on my eyelashes while wearing it. So when i heard about the Telescopic Shocking Extensions Mascara I was instantly excited to go and try it out for myself.

Here's the thing...it doesn't even come close to the Carbon Black Mascara. So im highly disappointed in my purchase. Don't get me wrong, the Shocking Extensions Mascara is not the worst mascara i've ever tried but it also wasn't the best. The Shocking Extensions Mascara didn't lengthen my eyelashes at all, they looked like the same length they were before i even put the Mascara on. The brush was the same type of brush the Carbon Black Mascara had and on both makeup items the brush was hard to work with. The Shocking Extensions formula was very clumpy, so you had to put in an extra amount of work to keep your lashes seperated. the best thing about this mascara is that if you have enough patience it does give your eyelashes good definition.

Overall this mascara is okay, I've tried worse mascaras before, but this was a major letdown from the Carbon Black Mascara. I like my eyelashes to look very long, and I didn't get what i was looking for in this mascara. Please comment below and let me know your favorite mascaras!

New Blog!

Hello World!

I'm new to the whole blogging world so please bare with me as I start this new journey. I've been inspired to create a blog because of some of the people i watch on youtube. I really don't know what I'm gonna do with this blog, but I'm excited to start this new adventure (that sounds so corny haha). I'm into beauty and fashion so i'm pretty sure i'll post about that stuff, but im also into technology so there maybe a few geeky posts as well. But i guess i'll start off with a few random facts about myself, first off i'm a 19 year old college sophomore, i love to read, reading is one of my favorite things to do, i love everything from girly teenage books to action packed series. i also love youtube, i dont know exactly why i've become so hooked on it but i am. and lastly i love hanging out with my friends, which i havent been doing a lot of lately and that makes me sad. I'm so excited to see what the future holds with me and this blog, i want to learn more about myself while learning more about others. Thanks for checking out this blog!
